Why did you choose your IBS seminar vs any other study abroad program?

I liked the IBS seminar because it was business focused. I gained a lot of industry-related experience and now have a lot of talking points for interviews and conversations with peers. I also liked how the trip was only around two weeks. I was able to go on the trip and also have a full-time internship this summer.

Being able to travel to multiple cities and countries, what travel advice do you have for future students?

I think it is important for students to try a new thing in every city. There are so many different food options; even though it can be intimidating, it’s a once in a lifetime opportunity!

Do you intend on interning/working abroad in the future – if so, what did you learn from your seminar that will help you work/live abroad?

Ever since returning from my trip I have been excited to plan my next one! I gained so much confidence in my ability to navigate travel that I am open to working abroad someday.
